Booking Confirmation : All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

Security Deposit : A security deposit may be required at check-in. This deposit is refundable upon satisfactory inspection of the property at check-out.
Check-in Time : Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Check-out Time: Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Identification: Valid identification must be presented at check-in.
Occupancy: The property is to be used for vacation purposes only. The number of occupants must not exceed the maximum occupancy specified at the time of booking.
House Rules: Guests must comply with the house rules provided at the property. Any breach of these rules may result in immediate termination of the booking without refund.
Damage and Theft: Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents. The cost of repairs or replacements will be deducted from the security deposit.
Personal Belongings: Hire Stay Holiday Homes LLC is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during your stay.
Injury: Guests use the property and its facilities at their own risk. Hire Stay Holiday Homes LLC is not liable for any injury or accident that occurs on the property.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
